Are you struggling with an eating disorder, body image concerns, anxiety, or depression? I am a Licensed Social Worker, and I have spent the majority of my career at Shepard Pratt Center for Eating Disorders at the Inpatient level of care conducting individual, family, and group therapy with both adolescents and adults.
I am trained in a variety of evidence based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy. Using a strengths based approach, I partner with you to help you discover your strengths, uncover roadblocks that may be preventing you from achieving your goals, as well as give you a safe place to explore your fears and experience your skills.
I primarily work with adolescents, young adults and adults who are dealing with a variety of eating disorders, body image concerns as well as anxiety related disorders. I see clients from Maryland in person in Towson and via virtual teletherapy.
Always remember that it is your story to write: I am here to hold the space while we explore together. Looking forward to working together with you!
