Daytime telehealth openings only.

Making the choice to start therapy is not an easy one. I'm here to help you take that first step. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience at the inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient levels of care. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of mental health settings, and facilitate individual, family, and couples therapy sessions. My primary experience is with anxiety disorders, mood disorders, depression, life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and family issues. I am client centered and aim to empower my clients to take back their lives by building a solid set of coping skills, and helping them to find their voice to best communicate their needs. I also believe that cultivating a strong support system is key for building a solid therapeutic foundation, as mental health struggles can leave people feeling distanced and isolated from their support people and loved ones. In family and couples therapy, I strive to create an open, honest, and safe dialogue for relationships to rebuild.

I collaborate with my clients to create a personal individualized treatment plan and provide a safe nonjudgmental environment for change to occur. I have experience with Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Exposure Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, and Mindfulness based practices. I will either use one specific approach or utilize elements from a variety of approaches. Please feel to reach out to me with any inquiries or questions. Email me a brief description of your primary challenges, and I will email you back with specifics of what I can offer to help you reach your goals.
