About Taylor Hudson LGPC

Taylor Hudson LGPC (She/Her)

Evening openings starting in January 2025. Bel Air and Telehealth only.

I am an LGPC, Master's level professional counselor who has been working in the mental health field since 2017. I began my professional journey in the mental health field working in a therapeutic behavioral services program helping children and families, then transitioned to a Targeted Case Management program providing case management to adults in 2019, until I finally transitioned to a Licensed Therapist in 2023. I obtained both my Bachelor's in Psychology and Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have a wide range of experience from these roles that have supported my skills as a professional therapist. I work with a variety of populations and disorders including children, adolescents and adults ranging from mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, adjustment issues, and more. My therapeutic style is primarily person-centered but I also integrate CBT and solution focused therapy styles to guide my practice. What I value the most with my clients is a strong therapeutic relationship and to help the clients I serve to be the best version of themselves. I view the relationships with my clients to be a team dynamic where we work together to help you navigate life's challenges, work from your strengths, and ultimately achieve your personal goals. I believe that everyone's journey is individual and unique and that healing can happen for everyone.
